Time for Back to Nature

Tip walk outdoors!!!

Tired of walking on a treadmill? Or already saturated with sports atmosphere at home or the gym? It is time we exercise our back foot while enjoying the outdoors.

A breath of fresh air and warm sun exposure is able to renew energy and releasing glands 'mood enhancer' endorphins. In order to transition from walking indoors to the open field to run without a hitch, following a tip from Jeff Salvage, the coach of the Eastern Pennyslvania Leukemia Society Team in Training.

# Protect yourself. Using a pair of sports shoes with good cushioning, hats and sunscreen. Plus, to keep us feeling dry and comfortable walking, choose clothes that can absorb sweat well.

# Start slowly and increase gradually. So not surprised, enter a program of outdoor street slowly, into our indoor program every week. The first week, 1 day walk out 4 days on the treadmill. Then the second week, 2 days and 3 days outside in the room.

# Respect your body. Perform a switchover may initially make us feel uncomfortable. So also in walking distance. For running in the open field, requiring a longer step foot and lower leg muscles use more when we step on an uneven surface. Therefore, avoid injury or pain by doing brisk walking for 5 minutes before practice starts and stretching after the workout is over.
